Lipstick & Lies

It’s Christmas 2008 and the hottest party of the season is about to kick off – the champagne is on ice and the canapés are ready to be served. Rose Petal has invited her closest friends and the great and good of Winkworth to daddy’s hotel ‘Winkworth Manor & Country Club’ for festive fun, frolics and more.
 
The lights go down, oh no not another power cut and as they come up Mona Lott, the hotel manager is found dead at the bottom of the grand staircase.
Did she jump? Was she pushed? Is it murder?
 
It is up to you to find out…..

Guns, Garters & Gold

The lights are low, the candles are flickering and the champagne is on ice. Vanity Hall is the setting for the glittering pre wedding celebrations of Val Entine the glamourous bride to be. At last she has managed to set a date with her society set boyfriend, Billy O’Naire and tonight her friends are giving her the send off that she deserves.
 
A scream rings out – followed by loud wails. What could possibly go wrong tonight?
Dick Shaker, the best man has been found dead in the basement. What was he doing here tonight of all nights? Who killed him and more to the point why?

It’s 1928 and life has never been so good. People have more money in their pocket than they ever have and life seems to be just one big party. Here on Broadway everyone knows that the drama behind the red  curtain is usually more exciting and passionate than what goes on in front of it! First night nerves are making the cast more jittery than normal and a quiet hum of excitement echoes around the auditorium. Three more minutes until the show begins….. but where is the leading lady? Without Scarlet Redd the show will most certainly not go on.
A scream is heard, footsteps get louder and the police come rushing onto the stage. Lock the doors, batten down the hatches a murder has been committed and you are all suspects. Scarlet is dead – who did it, how did they do it and more importantly why, why, why? It’s up to you to find out.

As time was ticking on Thomasina Kooper, the eccentric society girl, thought she would never get married! Then out of the blue she has gone and found herself a gorgeous, younger man! And boy are all her girlfriends jealous! It’s time to celebrate her pending nuptials and what better place to start than with dinner with her darling friends. An ideal time to reminisce, dream and of course speculate on her new life with her sexy Seychellois lover, Mario Mee.
As cocktails are poured the girls notice that the brides close friend and chief bridesmaid, Mel Lowe has gone missing. Renowned for always being late the girls are not overly concerned until a piercing scream is heard… The maitre d’ comes rushing in a body has been found slumped in the lift - and it’s Mel! Who would want to kill her, why tonight and more importantly will the celebrations go on?

  It’s summer 1921 and in New York alcohol has been illegal for over a year. Hundreds of people flock to ‘Duke’s Place’, one of the thousands of speakeasy clubs set up in the city since prohibition started.
Amongst the guests tonight are ‘Snake Eyes’ Stallone, the multi billionaire oil tycoon and his glamorous girlfriend Suzie Shimmer. He disappears  outside for some fresh air but minutes later, the barman, comes rushing in –  Old Snake Eyes is dead!
Was it an accident? Was it murder? If so, who was brave enough to do the deed?

It’s 1977 and birthday time again so what better way would Ivar Gasoline want
to celebrate his important day than with his friends and family and of course
colleagues from the past. Bee Pee, his glamorous fiancée, has arranged the no expense spared party at their holiday hideaway in Norway.
 
A beautiful hytee nestled amongst the trees with stunning views of the lake – the most idyllic setting in the world. As the guests are preparing for dinner, cocktails and a fun night ahead a loud scream rings out. Mrs Mopp-Upp the house keeper comes rushing in. The debonair Tex Aco has been found dead in the woods. The old boy was getting on a bit so it could quite possibly be a heart attack but it could also be murder.
 
Who would want to kill him and more importantly why?
