There’s a new Facebook page dedicated to solving a local murder that’s remained a mystery for nearly 30 years.  After just two weeks, the page, “Solving The Chris Guenther Mystery” has almost 200 followers.

When Collene Campbell found out that a 1933 Alhambra slaying was still on the books, she proved that her cop father had resolved it long ago. She also helped solve the murders of her son and brother. Somebody should pin a detective’s badge on Collene Thompson Campbell.

VICTORIA’S worst serial killer is likely to die a free man if police are not presented with vital new information.

A chance to solve one of Victoria’s oldest cold cases has collapsed after DNA evidence ruled out a lead.

Cold-case detectives have identified the man who sent a series of taunting letters to family members, police and the Victoria Times Colonist following the 1987 slayings of a young Victoria couple in Washington State.
